プライバシーポリシー（安心タイル）

株式会社オークリンク（以下、「当社」）は、提供するアプリケーション「安心タイル」（以下、「本アプリ」）におけるプライバシー情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 収集する情報 (Information We Collect)
本アプリは、ユーザー個人を特定する情報（氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、端末固有IDなど）を一切収集、保存、送信しません。
本アプリが保存する情報は、ユーザーが設定したタイルの表示設定（ラベル、サブタイトル、表示/非表示の状態など）のみです。これらの情報は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存され、当社を含むいかなる第三者にも送信されることはありません。
(Our application, "Safe Tiles" (this "App"), does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, location, or unique device identifiers.)
(The only information the App stores is the tile configuration settings you create, such as custom labels, subtitles, and visibility states. All of this information is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.)
2. 収集した情報の利用目的 (How We Use Your Information)
当社は、保存された情報を以下の目的でのみ利用します。
- ユーザーが設定した通りに、クイック設定パネルのタイルを表示するため。
(We use the stored information for the sole purpose of displaying the Quick Settings tiles as configured by you.)
3. 情報の第三者提供 (Sharing of Your Information)
当社は、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供することはありません。前述の通り、情報はユーザーの端末の外部に送信されることはありません。
(We do not share your information with any third parties, as no information is transmitted outside of your device.)
4. データの削除 (Data Deletion)
ユーザーが設定したタイルの表示設定は、以下のいずれかの方法で削除できます。
- アプリケーションをアンインストールする。
- お使いの端末の「設定」から、本アプリの「ストレージとキャッシュ」に進み、「データを削除」を実行する。
(You can delete your configuration data at any time by uninstalling the App or by clearing the App's data from your device's settings menu.)
5. プライバシーポリシーの変更 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
当社は、法令の制定、改正等により、本ポリシーを適宜見直し、予告なく変更する場合があります。本ポリシーの変更は、変更後の本ポリシーが当サイトに掲載された時点、またはその他の方法により変更後の本ポリシーが閲覧可能となった時点で有効になります。
(We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective when they are posted.)
